How ConductCognition handles your data and the responsibilities that stay with the researcher running each study.

Information We Process

ConductCognition processes researcher account details such as name, email, institution, and plan status, plus study configuration, participant tokens, trial data, and scored outputs that researchers create inside the platform.

Participant Data

Researchers control the study data collected through their projects. ConductCognition stores participant records, browser checks, trial-level responses, and scored summaries so researchers can run studies and export results. Researchers are responsible for their consent language, study approvals, and lawful basis for collection.

How Data Is Used

Data is used to authenticate users, operate studies, score completed sessions, generate exports, monitor reliability, and provide support. ConductCognition is presented for research use only and not as a clinical diagnostic service.

Retention and Deletion

Study data remains available to the researcher until deleted under platform retention controls or support workflows. Backup copies may persist for operational recovery windows. Researchers should export required data before requesting deletion.

Security

The platform uses authenticated researcher sessions, tokenized participant access, server-side scoring, and operational monitoring controls. No public promise is made here about regulated-clinical compliance or special certifications beyond the implemented product scope.
