Data Policy

Data Ownership and Retention

Understand what you control, what ConductCognition stores operationally, and how exports fit into your own retention practice.

Data Ownership

Researchers own the study configuration and study data they create in ConductCognition. The platform acts as the hosted workflow layer that stores, scores, and exports data on the researcher's behalf.

Exports

Score export is available on supported plans, and Academic Pro unlocks raw trial export. Researchers should validate export formats during pilot work before relying on them for a live cohort.

Retention Expectations

Researchers should define their own retention schedule and archive policy for exported data. Platform retention may include operational copies and backups needed for service continuity and support investigation.

Support and Recovery

ConductCognition includes support access for account, study, and license troubleshooting plus backup and restore for service continuity. Researchers should still maintain their own exported copies of critical datasets.
